Article submissions in separate files:
- Article text
- Author information sheet including name, article title, and relevant contact information,
- 150 (max) word abstract
- 150 (max) word author’s bio
- Illustrations and graphs.
Style: MLA
Document Preparation:
- Electronic submissions only, using .doc, odt, or .rtf formats
- German or English
- Double spaced, one inch margins
- Italics instead of underline
- Endnotes instead of footnotes
- Only one space after periods
- Smart quotes (“ ”), not dumb quotes (” “)
Illustrations and Graphs
- Both Color or B&W illustrations accepted
- Attach illustrations in separate files
- Recommended graphic formats are .gif for line art and .jpg for photos.
